Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

We process all packages in the order that we receive them. Please note, processing time takes 1 business day for us to ship your order out. We will always make sure all orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving them. Shipping times (when you will receive your order) are based upon the Fulfilment/Shipping method you choose at check out. 

*We do not ship on Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Payment Transaction Failed/Pending

Orders that have pending or failed payment status will not be shipped until payment for the order has been received. Once the payment has been successfully received, we will package and ship the order.  Please note, if we have not received payment for the order within 48 hours, we will cancel the order. This helps us to prevent "holding" orders and gives all of our customers a chance at any available stock.

Fulfillment

All orders including Canada/US are fulfilled through Canada Post and will be shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Shipping Times

We ship through Canada Post. Shipping times are ranged between (3-12 business days) depending on the preferred shipping service that you choose. 

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated based on your location, these rates are calculated by Canada Post. You will have to enter the address you wish to receive your package to, during checkout. Once you have inputted your address, Canada Post will automatically generate shipping rates for you. Shipping with tracking is available during checkout, and the standard shipping option does not include a tracking number. 

Free Shipping

Customers of Canada can receive Free Shipping on all orders $20 CAD and above, 

Customers of the United States can receive Free Shipping on all orders $20 USD and above, 

*Please note, this Free Shipping does not include Tracking.

Wrong Address/Returned Order

We strongly advise to always double-check the address you would like your order sent to. We do not cover the expenses to re-ship your order, if the order has been sent back to us due to an incorrect address. If your order has been sent back to us, we will always contact you and confirm the address.

Please Note, in the event of a wrong address or if you opt for a refund due to a wrong address, we do not cover the expense of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable for wrong-addressed orders.
